#GivingTuesday started in the USA in 2012, engages millions of people worldwide and is now present in over 150 countries. In 2017, #GivingTuesday was launched in Sweden. The concept is simple. Give a gift and encourage others to do the same. Together we create a better world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In November, several days for consumption have been established, for example Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Singles day. As an alternative to this, there is #GivingTuesday, the day that is about giving. #GivingTuesday encourages people to jointly take a stand for giving as an action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The idea is to give something to your favorite organization on this day, working for an issue you are passionate about, and encourage others to do the same. Everyone has something to give; a penny, an hour, a good deed. Every gift makes a difference. Use the hashtag #GivingTuesdaySweden and show what you do!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
