It is Sida's task to ensure that development assistance reaches the groups that need it. But Sida has a lot left to live up to. In evaluations and surveys, the same bitter facts are repeated- Sida's efforts do not cover disability to a sufficient extent and the staff have insufficient knowledge of the rights of people with disabilities.
