It is important that people with disabilities' rights and needs are included in climate negotiations

“People with disabilities make up 15 percent of the world's population. But when you look at negotiations on climate measures, you hardly find anything about our needs and rights. " Says Vladimir Cuk, Executive Director of the International Disability Alliance (IDA).
