Ahora solo estamos pensando en expandir el negocio, dice Deepa Saud.<\/strong><\/p><p>Jhapat Bahadur Saud est\u00e1 casado con Deepa Saud. Deepa oye y Jhapat es sordo. Se casaron en 2016 y viven en el pueblo de Kailali en el este de Nepal con sus dos hijos. Antes de que la pareja entrara en contacto con la Asociaci\u00f3n de Sordos de Kailali, era dif\u00edcil comunicarse, no ten\u00edan un idioma com\u00fan. La pareja tambi\u00e9n tuvo dificultades financieras y, en ocasiones, no tuvo ning\u00fan ingreso. Cuando la pareja tuvo su primer hijo, Jhapat empez\u00f3 a preocuparse mucho por el futuro.<\/p><p>-No ten\u00eda idea de qu\u00e9 hacer y c\u00f3mo mejorar mis ingresos, al mismo tiempo sab\u00eda que los gastos aumentar\u00edan en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os debido a la escolarizaci\u00f3n de mis hijos, dice Jhapat.<\/p><p>Jhapat no tuvo oportunidad de compartir sus preocupaciones y pensamientos con Deepa ni pudieron hacer un plan para manejar la situaci\u00f3n juntos.<\/p><p>-Un d\u00eda Vijaya Saud, secretaria de DAOK, vino a mi casa y me dijo que en nuestro pueblo hab\u00eda comenzado un curso de capacitaci\u00f3n en lenguaje de se\u00f1as nepal\u00ed. Tanto Deepa como yo recibimos seis meses de entrenamiento. Ha facilitado nuestra comunicaci\u00f3n, y podemos discutir nuestros asuntos familiares y sue\u00f1os futuros juntos, dice Jhapat.<\/p><p>A trav\u00e9s de DAOK, Jhapat recibi\u00f3 capacitaci\u00f3n en crianza de cabras y comenz\u00f3 a criar cabras por su cuenta.
