<\/strong>Hoy, en el D\u00eda Internacional de los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad, tres organizaciones de ayuda hacen un llamado a Suecia para que priorice la ayuda a los ni\u00f1os con discapacidad en la guerra y los conflictos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Cada d\u00e9cimo ni\u00f1o en el mundo vive con una discapacidad. Son uno de los grupos m\u00e1s marginados y vulnerables. Se vuelve especialmente claro en los conflictos armados y las guerras.<\/strong><\/p>

Las personas con discapacidad son particularmente vulnerables en los conflictos armados, y es peor para los ni\u00f1os con discapacidad. Est\u00e1n en mayor riesgo de discriminaci\u00f3n, mayor riesgo de violencia y abuso y mayor riesgo de abandono.<\/p>

Seg\u00fan la ONU, los ni\u00f1os con discapacidad tienen m\u00e1s de cuatro veces m\u00e1s probabilidades de morir en la guerra y los conflictos armados. Tienen m\u00e1s dificultades para escapar y m\u00e1s dificultades para ponerse a salvo. El ni\u00f1o que es sordo no oye la alarma que avisa. La ni\u00f1a ciega no puede llegar a un lugar seguro cuando las armas traquetean. Y el ni\u00f1o que va en silla de ruedas no puede bajar al albergue.<\/p>

Las ni\u00f1as y mujeres j\u00f3venes con discapacidad, especialmente aquellas con discapacidad intelectual o autismo, tienen hasta diez veces m\u00e1s probabilidades de sufrir violencia y explotaci\u00f3n sexual.<\/p>

Durante una guerra, es dif\u00edcil para muchos acceder a agua potable, alimentos, cuidados, medicinas, educaci\u00f3n e informaci\u00f3n, y un ni\u00f1o con discapacidad casi siempre depende totalmente de un entorno ben\u00e9volo, incluso en los campos de refugiados.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

Los ni\u00f1os que viven con discapacidad a menudo viven en condiciones dif\u00edciles, incluso en paz. No es raro que las personas con discapacidad vivan toda su vida en instituciones en condiciones indignas y privadas de los derechos humanos. Cuando la guerra es un hecho, a menudo corren el riesgo de que se les reste prioridad o se les olvide por completo, incluso por parte de los actores humanitarios cuya misi\u00f3n es ayudar a los m\u00e1s vulnerables.<\/p>

A pesar de que los ni\u00f1os con discapacidad son particularmente vulnerables, a menudo quedan completamente excluidos cuando se planifican e implementan las intervenciones. No se encuentran, no se ven, tienen pocas oportunidades de hacer o\u00edr su voz y, a menudo, se les deja completamente a su suerte.<\/p>

Hoy en d\u00eda, hay esfuerzos humanitarios suecos que se llevan a cabo sin tener en cuenta a los ni\u00f1os con discapacidades. La consecuencia es que los ni\u00f1os que podr\u00edan haber sido protegidos y sobrevividos ahora resultan heridos y mueren.<\/p>

El gobierno de Suecia ha declarado que la ayuda humanitaria aumentar\u00e1 en el pr\u00f3ximo per\u00edodo. Tambi\u00e9n ha expresado que se debe prestar especial atenci\u00f3n a los derechos de las personas con discapacidad.<\/p>

Suecia tiene la oportunidad de tomar la iniciativa en el tema de la ayuda humanitaria inclusiva y elevar la prioridad internacional de los ni\u00f1os con discapacidad.<\/p>

Esperamos que el Ministro de Ayuda y Comercio Exterior, Johan Forsell, asegure que todos los esfuerzos humanitarios que Suecia apoye deben tener una perspectiva de derechos funcionales y una perspectiva de derechos de los ni\u00f1os y ser inclusivos.<\/p>

Estamos preparados para ayudar de todas las formas posibles para que la ayuda humanitaria de Suecia incluya mejor a los m\u00e1s vulnerables: los ni\u00f1os con discapacidades.<\/p>

La ayuda debe llegar a todos. Todos los ni\u00f1os tienen los mismos derechos y todos los ni\u00f1os son igualmente valiosos.<\/p>
