El 6 de agosto de 2017 se aprob\u00f3 el proyecto de ley, que ha sido formulado bajo el liderazgo del Ministerio de la Mujer, la Infancia y el Bienestar Social y se ha llevado a cabo en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con el movimiento de discapacidad del pa\u00eds.
